By activating your Online Banking you will be able to:

  • Add, remove and edit recipients
  • Order additional cards or cancel existing ones
  • View or change your PIN

  • Update your personal details
  • Buy prepaid airtime, electricity and data bundles

Activation is simple
To activate your Online Banking profile, contact your Private Banker, or the RMB Private Bank Service Suite on 087 575 9411.

For your protection we provide you with the following:
 
One Time PIN (OTP)   Webroot
The OTP is a unique 4-digit security PIN that you will receive as confirmation when performing certain transactions on your account. You will be asked to enter the OTP before you can proceed with the transaction.   In addition to the multiple layers of Online Banking security, we also offer you Webroot SecureAnywhere™, a free software program that can protect you from being phished and prevent spyware from stealing your banking login details. Once logged in, you can download the software.
