Redesign What is changing? |
We are redesigning the way in which we will reward you. From July 2013 we will be simplifying and enriching the rewards and benefits brought to you by RMB Private Bank. This means that you will need to meet certain requirements to continue to earn eBucks rewards and have access to a wealth of benefits.
We are also pleased to inform you that from July there will be new ways for you to earn even more eBucks to ensure you are continuously spoilt for choice. We are also increasing the rate at which you can earn eBucks for doing everyday things like shopping. You will still enjoy the benefits which you have become accustomed to like SLOW Lounge access, eBucks Discounts, free monthly data, Comprehensive Global Travel Insurance, AA Emergency Roadside Assistance and Instant Financial Management.

Redefine How do I continue to earn eBucks and keep my benefits? |
From July, we will reward you if we are your primary bank. This means you must meet at least the following minimum requirements:
- Have an active RMB Private Bank cheque or single facility account with us
- You must also have either a minimum deposit of :
- R33 000 per month; or
- R100 000 over 3 months;
or a minimum balance in your cheque or single facility account of:
- R100 000 throughout the month
- Have an active RMB Private Bank credit card with us
- Ensure all your accounts are in good standing
You’ll also need to link you cheque and credit cards to eBucks if they aren’t already linked. This is a simple process and won’t cost you anything. To register for eBucks contact eBucks on 087 320 3200.

What if I don’t meet all the requirements? |
If you don't already meet all the minimum requirements don't despair. We are here to assist you to open the right account, link you cards to eBucks and ensure you understand all the qualifying requirements.
