We have put together a step-by-step guide specifically focused on maximising your rewards with FNB.

Steps 1- 3 explain how to qualify and earn rewards and steps 4-7 explain how to qualify and earn discounts, plus how to maximise your rewards.

Step 1: Qualify to Earn Rewards

To qualify to earn eBucks you need to hold one or both of the following:

An active Graphite Cheque Account
An active Graphite Credit Card

Being an active Graphite client, you qualify for rewards.

Step 2: Your Reward Level

Your reward level associated with each account is determined by the number of reward level points you collect in a rolling 12-month period. Below are the number of reward level points you need to accumulate for each reward level:

Your reward level gives you access to earning eBucks on:

Everyday shopping
Fuel
Gautrain Tickets (on Credit Card only)
Prepaid Airtime
Discounts on Uncapped ADSL through FNB Connect

Step 4: Your eBucks Discount Level:

Your eBucks discount level gives you access to discounts through the eBucks Shop and eBucks Travel on flights, gadgets, shopping vouchers and movies, as well as access to complimentary Avis Point-2-Point Transfers and Priority Pass Visits through the eBucks Lifestyle Desk.

You get your eBucks discount level by taking the HIGHEST of your two reward levels (if you have more than one) and then adding a level with any Booster Products for which you may qualify.

Booster Products are:

Home Loan or One Account
Fixed Deposit
Personal Loan

If you book your discounted flights through the eBucks Lifestyle Desk, and you qualify for eBucks Discounts, you will also receive an additional 10% back in eBucks just by being a Graphite client.

Step 5: Enjoy Some Exclusive Benefits

As a Graphite client, you have access to the eBucks Lifestyle Desk, which doesn’t only offer tailor-made packages, but also offers Avis Point-2-Point Transfers, Priority Pass and Speed Pass Memberships.

Your travels will never be the same. Avis Point-2-Point offers you local chauffeur-driven services so that you can commute in style wherever you may be going. Once you have arrived at the airport, Priority Pass gives you access to over 600 airport lounges worldwide to relax while you are waiting for your flights. With Speed Pass, arriving and departing at an airport can be streamlined with a personal fast-track service that ensures a smooth airport transit experience.

Based on your discount level, you could get up to 5 complimentary Avis Point-2-Point transfers and 10 complimentary Priority Pass visits.

Based on your current eBucks discount level, you unfortunately do not have access to any complimentary Avis Point-2-Point Transfers or any complimentary Priority Pass Visits. However, if you read Step 3 above on how to maximise your rewards and move up a reward level, you will be enjoying real VIP treatment in no time.

Based on your discount level, you could get up to 5 complimentary Avis Point-2-Point transfers and 10 complimentary Priority Pass visits.

SLOW Lounge visits

As a Graphite client, you get even more access to SLOW Lounges as well as access to SLOW in the City.

SLOW Domestic and SLOW International

*Good standing: This means that none of your FNB or FirstRand Bank accounts and credit agreements should be overdrawn, or be in arrears, or be in default, nor should the account holder be undergoing sequestration, or be subject to any legal process with FNB or FirstRand Bank as defined in our Ts&Cs. ** 6 visits can be used as follows: 1 visit for the cardholder plus 5 guests, 2 visits for the cardholder with 2 guests per visit, 3 visits for the cardholder with 1 guest per visit, Etc.***4 visits can used as follows: 1 visit for the cardholder plus 3 guests, 2 visits for the cardholder with 1 guest per visit, 4 visits for the cardholder only.
Any additional entries on your Graphite Cheque Card over and above the qualifying entries as stated above, for the cardholder or guest: Peak time: R250 per person, Off-peak time: R125 per person. Any additional entries on your Graphite Credit Card over and above the qualifying entries as stated above, the cardholder or guest is charged at R250 per person.

For more regular updates you can SMS your 16 digit FNB Graphite Credit Card/Cheque Card Number (the number on the front of the card) to 30629, to obtain your available SLOW Lounge visits, or you can contact your Premier Banker.

SLOW in the City is situated in Gauteng, opposite the Sandton Gautrain station. Your FNB Graphite Card (Cheque or Credit Card) is your access key into the SLOW in the City Lounge. Graphite account holders get 2 free SLOW in the City Lounge visits per card per month. Contact your dedicated Premier Banker for more information on any SLOW Lounge.

Spending and enjoying your eBucks

Your eBucks can be used in a number of ways. Spend your eBucks online in the eBucks Shop or eBucks Travel on www.eBucks.com as well as at the eBucks online and in-store partners.

Your eBucks card is your key to spending eBucks at in-store partners, so keep it close. It works exactly like a debit card so you’ll need your 4-digit eBucks PIN handy to punch in at the till.

And, if you don’t have enough eBucks, you can pay for part of your purchase in eBucks and the balance with your Graphite card.

Remember you have access to the eBucks Lifestyle Desk. This is your private travel desk, personal dining service, reminder and gifting service all in one.
