TIP: Record your cheque and credit card, card numbers, in case you need to report a lost or stolen card and keep this in a safe place away from your wallet and handbag. Do not write down your pin.

Be aware of scams and phishing
Please be aware of phishing emails. FNB will never ask you to access your Online Banking through a link in an email. Please report any phishing emails to: risk.online@fnb.co.za

Ensure that your FNB Cheque and Credit Card are active for overseas use
Update your local and international spend limits via FNB Online Banking or the FNB Banking App. Contact Premier Banking to arrange this for you.

Remember to order your Forex online before you travel
Order foreign notes and travellers cheques online and get it delivered to your door. Log into Online banking, follow the “Forex” tab and click on “Travel” to order. Prepaid travel cards can be ordered by calling 0860 1 FOREX (36739).
