Manage your Home Loan account online. It's convenient and you can do it anywhere, anytime. No more queues. No more phone calls.
  • Request cancellations
  • Update personal details
  • Request documents/property information
  • View your insurance/assurance details

You can do all the above and more in a few, easy steps online:
  1. Login to your profile and select the Home Loan account you would like to query.
  2. On the right hand side you can track your queries, or add a new query.
  3. Complete your contact details when adding a query.
  4. Select the type of query from the dropdown list.
  5. Provide some information relating to your query. When done, select 'Submit'.
  6. Review the information and confirm your query.
You will receive a confirmation message.
Should you want to, you can add another query.

Now you can manage and view your Home Loan account whenever, wherever you want to.
