What do you need to use
MoneyGram™?
  • A qualifying FNB account
    • If you do not have an account you can easily open one by simply bringing proof of identification, permits if applicable and proof of residence when you visit your local branch.
  • Registered recipients:
    • ITo save and register your recipients in-branch, ensure you have the following:
      • Recipient's full name.(as per identity document)
      • The country where you will be sending the cash to.

How does it work?

Load your recipients in-branch and next time send cash using MoneyGram™ via Cellphone Banking or from any FNB ATM. Once you have completed a transaction, you will receive a reference number which must be
communicated to the recipient. The recipient can then collect the cash from any MoneyGram™ agent in the
country where the funds have been sent to. It is fast, easy and available 24/7.
