What is a Standing Instruction?
 
This is an option where you can instruct FNB to credit payments automatically to your account at a competitive exchange rate as soon as these payments are received from abroad.
 
Benefits of having a Standing Instruction with FNB
  • You will receive up to 25% of your charges back in eBucks (eg: if the charge is R500 you will earn up to 1250 eBucks)
  • There will be no need to contact us to trace the payment nor provide settlement instructions – saving you time
  • The payment will be paid into your account as soon as it is received from abroad – reducing delays in receipt of payment

By doing this you are confirming the details of these transactions as accurate, and you authorise FNB Forex to load the instruction onto your profile. A table of transaction descriptors is provided below to assist you if required. Please note that as an authorised dealer, FNB Forex is obliged to provide the information to various Regulatory bodies for statistical purposes.

You will earn up to 25% of the transactions charges back in eBucks.
 
 
Settle your inward payments online, by doing this you will receive 15% of the charges of the transaction, paid back to you in eBucks.

  Receipt of fees relating to advertising and market research, incl. trade exhibitions, fairs
  Payment received for research and development costs
  Receipt of technical fees from non-residents, incl. engineering, printing and installation costs
  Payments received from offshore in respect of agricultural and mining related services
Personal, cultural and
