To experience the best of banking with the FNB Banking App you need to link the app to your Online Banking profile.
 

Getting started

  • Login to the FNB Banking App
  • Select 'Set up my Banking App'

Already have an Online Banking profile?

  • Select 'I have Online Banking'
  • and follow the on-screen instructions

If you do not have an Online Banking profile

  • Select 'I do not have Online Banking', and follow the on-screen instructions

Linking the FNB Banking App to your profile using Online Banking

  • Login to your Online Banking profile with your user ID and password
  • Select 'Online Banking Settings' Select 'Banking'
  • Select 'Change' next to 'FNB App'
  • Select 'I Agree' to confirm linking
  • Accept the Ts & Cs
  • You will receive a One Time PIN (OTP)*
 
 

You can verify your Banking App in 2 ways

  1. Make a payment of R300.00 or more. After a period of 7 business days you will have a verified device.
  2. If you have the Banking App downloaded on to an unverified device, use a verified PC browser to verify the device.

Example:
If you are using Internet Explorer regularly to access your Online Banking on a specific PC, you can log in on this PC and browser to verify a newly downloaded Banking App

Here are the steps to do this:
- Log in to your Online Banking profile
- Select Online Banking Settings
- On the left, select Menu
- Under Manage, select My Devices and Browsers
- On the right, in line with the respective device, select Verify

 
 

Please note - the same username and password can be used for the FNB Banking App and Online Banking
*Banking on the FNB App is zero rated when using an FNB SIM Card
