Download or Update to the FNB Banking App 5.0 from your App Store

Open the Banking App, select 'Messages' and click on the 'Secure Chat' icon

Enter your password or fingerprint to login to the App

Start chatting- we are waiting to help you 24/7

Remember from the 1st of July 2016 as an additional qualifying criterion, you need to log in to the Banking App at least once a month, to qualify for eBucks.
