Phishing and hacking, and how you can prevent it

Phishing emails and SMSs may seem legitimate. Never click on a link in an unusual or suspicious email. Remember, we will never ask for your banking details through an email or SMS, or ask you to disclose your username and password.

• Have your Online Banking, Banking App and/or Cellphone Banking access details blocked.
• Check that your cellphone is still working.
  If you cannot connect to the network, immediately inform your network operator and get a new SIM card.
• Run an antivirus and malware scan to check that your PC is safe. We offer Webroot® SecureAnywhere™ software for you to download for free. This protects your PC from malware and phishing websites.
