To comply with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), we are required to re-verify your personal account details by obtaining the relevant FICA documents.

	Faxed to 011 543 0145
	Submitted at your nearest FNB branch

To verify your personal account/s please provide us with the following documentation by 19 November 2013

Copy of green bar-coded ID Copy of proof of residence (not older than 3 months)	Original green bar-coded ID Original proof of residence (not older than 3 months)

Regrettably, should we not receive the necessary documents by 19 November 2013, we are required by law to freeze your account.
