eMail Statements

Did you know you save up to R22 when you get your statements online, instead of having it printed at a branch?

Did you also know that electronic statements are widely accepted?

You can access the last 3 months account statements FREE with eZiStatements.

	Login to FNB Online Banking
	Select the My Bank Accounts tab.
	Select the Menu on the left and select Statement History
	Select the Account which you need the statements for
	Click search again to capture the “To” and “From” date for the months you require the statements for.
	• Capture your email address or click the download button next to the required statement(s).
	Click continue
	Review the confirmation screen and if you need to change any of the details, select the Edit button. If you are satisfied with the details, select the Confirm button
	A results screen will display the result of your statement transaction. Select the Finish button to return to the My Bank Account landing page

	Remember you can also check account balances, transaction history and get statements emailed to you on all eChannels*
	You can now use your Online Banking or Banking App login details to access fnb.mobi
	Getting statements via an eChannel is always cheaper than using Branch or Telephone banking
