You are already registered for FNB Online Banking so next time you want to stop a payment, rather go online.

Kindly note that you have to inform the relevant company in WRITING when you stop a debit order to ensure they stop the debit order on your account. Failing to do so might result in the debit order being processed the following month through your account.

Follow the easy steps below to stop a debit order on FNB Online Banking:

	Log on at www.fnb.co.za and click on the Accounts tab
	Click on the account against which the debit order was processed
	Click on the Stop Payments option on the left
	Click the Stop Debit Order option on the left
	Click on the Add Instruction option on the left
	Select the account against which the debit order was processed
	Select the day of the month on which the debit order was processed
	Click the Go button (i) A list of all the debit orders that will go off from your account on the date specified will appear
	Select the debit order that you want to stop
	Click the Stop Debit Order button to stop the debit order
