Apple iPad Support


  If the iPad is faulty (this does not include physical damage) you can send an email to fnbipad@myistore.co.za with all your information (name, cellphone number, email address, collection address and serial number) plus a description of the fault. If the device is still under warranty, they will arrange for a courier to collect the device from you. You also have the option of returning the device to an iStore – the iStore employees will then send the device away, to be assessed. Apple will assess and either replace or repair the device within 10 working days.

Training sessions are available but must be booked. Visit www.myistore.co.za to book your training.
(Available at all iStores except VodaCom World).
