Things to know before you receive your smart device:
 
You will receive an SMS once your order has been sent through to our courier company.

Our courier company will then arrange delivery with you. Please note that the courier may take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends), to deliver your device to you. During this time, please do not contact the courier company directly.

Please ensure that the contact numbers you have supplied us with are correct. If not, please let us know immediately by calling 0860 102 970 (option 5).

If we cannot reach you on any of these telephone numbers, it could lead to your order being cancelled.
 
Should your device be faulty:
 
  Apple iPad Support

  If the iPad is faulty (this does not include physical damage) you can send an email to collections@core.co.za with all your information (name, cellphone number, email address, collection address and serial number) plus a description of the fault. If the device is still under warranty, they will arrange for a courier to collect the device from you. You also have the option of returning the device to an iStore – the iStore employees will then send the device away, to be assessed. Apple will assess and either replace or repair the device within 10 working days.

If the packaging does not reflect the goods requested, the packaging must not be opened. If the packaging is opened, the warranty is breached and you are liable to accept the goods.
