We have improved the way you receive OTPs. Just another initiative to ensure safer banking for all. Instead of using emails, you can now approve all your transactions via the app with Smart inContact.
 
Introducing Smart inContact
 
1. Verify

When an attempt is made to login to your Online Banking profile via a PC or mobile device that has not been verified, you will receive a notification via Smart inContact requesting you to approve/verify the device.
2. Approve

Instead of receiving your OTPs via email, Smart inContact uses interactive messaging via the Banking App, so that you can approve these transactions securely. Ensuring that phising attacks from fraudsters don’t happen anymore.
3. Secure messaging

Report fraud for any suspicious swipes, withdrawals, payments, transfers and more. You will be notified via the app of all account activity such as payments, deposits and swipes.
