How to get Trend Micro™

You can download the Trend Micro™ software via your Online Banking and/or Online Banking Enterprise™ profiles.

Login to your Online Banking or Online Banking Enterprise™ profile.
Select the Trend Micro™ link provided towards the bottom middle of your screen to retrieve and view your FREE license key.
Select 'Download' for the software to be installed on your device.
Once downloaded, you will be issued a unique key to activate your use of the security software, which you can then use to protect up to three of their devices.

Note: If you are not the system administrator, please ask your network administrator for assistance.

Important note!

You will need to uninstall any other antimalware software downloaded on your PC or smart device before you can install Trend Micro™.

FNB will never send you a letter or email requesting you to complete your personal details by selecting a link in an email. Never reveal your username or password to anyone and always log onto our website directly by typing in the web address in your browser.
