Get the FNB App

Download the FNB App from your app store. Select "Set up my FNB App" and follow the instructions on the app to link your device. Use the same Online Banking username and password on the app to start transacting.

Existing FNB App user

Simply switch users on the FNB App and use the same FNB Channel Islands Online Banking username and password. Contact the FNBCI Service Suite to verify your app.

 
Be aware
Use updated antivirus software from a reputable provider. Ensure you’re directed to a secure Online Banking site.
Be vigilant
Never share your username, password, OTPs, card numbers or PINs and never click on links in emails to do your banking.
