We noticed that you have made use of an instant EFT payment option
recently to pay for your online purchases.
While instant and convenient, this payment method is not safe as you
are required to enter your FNB Online Banking login details which
exposes your username and password to a third party.

Your Online Banking username and password are highly sensitive and
confidential information and should only be used on the FNB App or
Online Banking webpage. Sharing them on any other website puts you
at risk of your profile being hacked and is also in breach of FNB terms
and conditions.
For your financial security, use your FNB bank card or as a convenient
alternative pay with a QR code using Scan to Pay on the FNB App.
Scan to Pay works with most payment QR codes, including Masterpass
and Payfast.
For your security, we recommend you reset your username and
password. On the FNB website, select 'Forgot Username or Password'.
Next, select 'Reset username + Password' and follow the easy prompts.
