  • If the information aligns with our records, you don't need to do anything else, but bank as usual.
  • If the information is different, you'll need to provide te missing details and present the relevant documentation at youe nearest branch, util the required paperwork is provided and verified.
    This process may take up to 7 working days.

For you to meet all the requirements one of the following documents must be preseted at your nearest FNB branch to be indentified and verified

  • Proof of residenence
  • Contact detail
