FNB complies with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), therefore we are required to Know Your Client (KYC) all clients. Complete the process detailed herein to start using your account.

Complete the agreement, template resolution and mandate document; and scan and email it along with all of the above-mentioned documents to accountopening@fnb.co.za within 3 days. Please quote your reference number: <1-B04FIP>.

Courier service
FNB will instruct a courier to collect the following at NO cost to you:
Certified copies of the documents listed herein.
Original, signed legal documents sent to you by FNB.
Original, signed switching instructions (where applicable).
You will receive an FNB Welcome Pack containing your FNB Visa Business Cheque Card and an eReg card to register for Online Banking. Simply present your green bar-coded Identity Document to the courier, and sign an FNB document and courier waybill.
Your FNB Visa Business Cheque Card will be activated 48 hours after receipt of delivery confirmation from the courier.

Register your profile and validate your details (instructions are included in your welcome pack).
Login to FNB Online Banking.
